Due to the ongoing Corona Pandemic, an in-store release is unfortunately not possible. That’s why an Instagram Raffle takes place.
Founded in 1965 in San Francisco, Grateful Dead is still one of the most influential and well-known bands. With their 1973 LP “The Grateful Dead” they created their most famous logo: the dancing bears. Although the bears themselves have hardly influenced the band’s music, the man behind Grateful Dead, Owsley “Bear” Stanley, did. The inventor of the so-called Wall of Sound.
The main focus is probably the combination of suede and faux fur, which is already known from highly sought-after older models. The different colors and the Swoosh with jagged design mimics the collars of the dancing bears. With small details such as the blue-red pinks, the logo on the inside of the tongue or the dancing bear on the insole, the shoe convinces completely.
